During the event DJPC will honor American Friends Service Committee with the Global Justice and Peace Award, and compañera Jennifer Piper with the “John Proctor” Organizer Award. Piper is the Program Co-Director for AFSC Denver.

The Celebration program will include opening remarks, musical performance by Surasteros, keynote by Pedro Sosa from Project Voice who will be receiving the award in representation of AFSC – Migration and Immigration Program, and more celebration.

As part of our collective celebration we will break bread in community, we ask that you please RSVP and tell us what you are going to bring to share for the potluck, or if you are going to join us virtually.

A virtual silent auction will go live on November 5th.
